It was a fun process, I first had a phone interview with a Talent Coordinator, and then had an interview over Teams with a Construction Manager that works at Kiewit, and then for the final phase they flew me out, fully paid for, to their office in New Jersey for a fun "Career Day" as they call it and I learned a lot about the company, and had two interview with two professionals to conclude the process.

First interview was very simple. Just asked about past experience and what work I did, as well as what work I am looking or willing to do. It seemed like they were mainly looking for a culture fit.
