It was a two-step interview process. I met them at the University- and the second part was meeting them in person at their offices- I got to speak with four employees from the company. The questions weren’t hard they just want to get to know you for them. It was more of a priority to find someone who culturally fits into their environment Which were mostly “white” Texas A&M alumni’s work environment
