Within one week of my application I received an email to schedule a phone screening. It was a quick phone call less than 15 minutes that went over some of my resume experience interest in Kiewit and willingness to relocate. I was not selected for the specific job I had applied for, but heard from a recruiter a couple weeks later for a field engineer within the Cherne subsidiary. I was scheduled to attend a virtual career day which was an overview of the company and various job descriptions followed by two interviews with management who were previously field engineers. The back to back interviews were casual in nature where we could both learn more about each other at ease.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.
