I had an interview on a Monday with Desiree W and also Brian K from Compass group where it was stated that our next meeting will be that week on Friday, and the time TBD. On Tuesday I thanked both and received no response. Nothing also on Wednesday. On Thursday night, I emailed them to say I was rescinding my interest. Hiring managers who do not have the courtesy or regard to follow through with what they say to applicaticants are time-wasters and indicators of poor leadership. Now I see that they made a new posting for that position directly on their website as of today. What a joke.

The process was pretty standard. It was a three step interview process. First step is a Phone call with recruiter, In person with PM and PE, and then Teams meeting with. District Manager.

Set up to interview by a temp agency. Told business formal and the staff was in polos and khaki for the most part. Interviewed with two higher ups in a huge conference room.
