The interview process took about 2 months in total. First step was a recorded video interview. Very basic and had two tries to record each question. Second step was a Skype interview with an experienced P.Eng. I would recommend knowing alot about the company and its Core Values. Quite a few behavioural and safety questions. Third step was an in person interview at the main office. This was alot more laidback and was more to see if i would fit in with the company. Overall a very enjoyable compared to other companies I have interviewed with.
