J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kiewit Corporation (Vancouver, WA) en mai 2017
Entretien
I applied for several positions online and was contacted by phone from the Vancouver, WA office for an informal interview about my skills and qualifications. After the informal phone interview I was invited to fly out to their offices for a formal in person interview.
A few weeks later I was flown out for the interview along with several other people applying for jobs in that office. The formal interview was two separate interviews with two different employees in the office, one more technical asking about my own experiences in school / internships and the other about more typical HR related questions. Both of the interviewers repeatedly drove home the fact that they expect their employees to work long hours and weekends which personally did not turn me off as its expected in this field but there was an odd sense that they did not believe me and continuously brought that point up. I was not offered a position but that may have been for the best.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.

well in my interview my experience with Kiewit was professional, welcoming, and informative. The conversations helped me better understand the role, company culture, and reinforced my excitement about the opportunity.
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
