Got an interview from the job fair and had an interview with a field engineer. I got to the second round of interviews which involved a personality test and an Online video interview, but I got rejected from the job before I could do the Online Video Interview. I Emailed the recruiter twice about it and I have yet to get a response.

Interview process was great. There was an initial call screening with the recruiter , then a local higher up superintendent zoom call, then a double in person interview with a project manager & project sponsor (the project sponsor is the big big boss) all things considered, and espescially my recruiter, the process was amazing. Wonderful people, just very hard work to look forward to and most likely in a very remote location.

When looking at ordering materials, are you ordering the exact amount you need?
Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
