It was really weird process. Being an experienced person, I was expecting a full time position. They were offering an internship which is why I didn’t go for the first interview. Later the HR mailed me saying that CEO wants to meet you because you seem perfect fit and might consider full time. I went for the interview and it was good however when I quoted my expectations in terms of salary, they went dull. They haven’t been able to fill this position for a month now, the HR told me. Maybe it’s them who is the problem not the people they’re interviewing.
