I went through four rounds of interviews for a role that pays $22/hour. The final round was an on-site interview that lasted nearly four hours, during which they interviewed multiple candidates back-to-back. Honestly, for a job at this pay level, the process felt excessive and unnecessarily time-consuming. If I'm not even being considered among the top candidates at that point, I would have appreciated the courtesy of not being brought in. Respect for candidates’ time is important—especially when the compensation doesn’t reflect the intensity of the selection process. The expectations for the role were quite high, but the pay doesn't align. During the on-site, I interacted with several managers who seemed to carry a dated, hierarchical mindset. Many of them have been at the company for 20+ years, and it shows in the rigid and somewhat dismissive culture. Even small things—like HR being inflexible about parking—hinted at an outdated and overly strict environment. In summary: If you're considering applying here, be prepared for a lengthy interview process that may not feel worth the return, unless you're particularly invested in the company or role.
