Entretien
One on One with a manager in the restaurant. Go over simple things like personal attributes, previous employment, hours available, etc. Then they'll ask you more questions about the job like what kind of skills do you have that relate to the position, etc.
They asked basic questions in order to see if you fit the requirements. The standard questions regarding if you have any experience that would be suitable for the role. They also explained to you what kind of tasks you will be faced with and what kind of environment you will be working in. It was basically monkey see money do during training as well.

Very easy questions. Low stress interview. Questions required minimum thinking, and were simple enough to answer. Only 3 questions asked and the interview was over. Overall good experience, and most people are qualified to get an offer.
