Be prepared to know what your goals are and your future. Keller Williams focuses on team work and working well with others. It is important to have skills such as collaborative, communicating, and goal oriented.
Told me I would be working 80+ hours a week wanted to tell them no. Terrible company culture. They tried to tell me they had work life balance because they used to have company parties sometimes
