Long process. First I was contacted May 25 for a phone interview. After the phone interview, they sent me a link to a questionnaire. After completing the long questionnaire, I went back in two times for a debrief of the questionnaire. Each time was over 3.5 hours (which was not mentioned during the scheduling of the interviews) The interviewer went through each section and asked me About the statements on what the questionnaire had calculated. I was asked whether I agreed or disagreed to what the summary was. I had sent thank you emails after each interview and was even texted by the hiring manager that I was the front runner. I was then scheduled to have an interview with the owner, CEO and CFO of the organization. This was a rapid fire panel interview and it also went extremely well. I, once again sent a thank you email to all involved. I was then told by the original interviewer to hang tigh as they had to follow procedure and interview a few others, but I would definitely hear from him. I left for vacation, texted the original interviewer upon my return and got NO RESPONSE!! I have emailed, texted and left voicemail message to check on the status. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!
