The interview process was great with Keeper. I was contacted about five minutes after applying on LinkedIn, and had a short conversation with the CTO, which I imagine was to gauge interest to see if he should set up a conversation with an iOS Developer on the team. The very next morning I had a phone screen with one of their iOS Developers. It was an enjoyable call where we mostly talked about iOS Development in general, and what I had worked on in the past. That call went well, and I was immediately given an invitation at the end of the call to come up to their office in El Dorado Hills to be interviewed in person. They stated that it was very important for them to meet me at least once before making the decision, which seemed fair. They were very flexible in allowing me to pick a day that I could come visit them because I was coming from about 7-8 hours south of their office. I came on a Friday for an interview at 2PM. The interview lasted about an hour. I was asked to solve an algorithm problem on a white board, and was asked several questions about iOS, especially Swift since that is the most relevant part of the position I applied for. After that part of the interview, I met with the CTO for a few minutes. We spoke about how I felt about the interview, and what my thoughts were on the company and the gentlemen who interviewed me. It was a great conversation, and he informed me that he would contact me later in the day to provide feedback. Sure enough, I was contacted later in the evening to say that I was due for a final interview with the CEO. Given the fact that it was a Friday night, I was expecting not to hear back until Monday morning at earliest. However, Keeper moves fast! I was contacted on Saturday morning by the CEO and given an offer. Overall I had a great experience interviewing them, and they are incredibly efficient. This company is the exact opposite of many others I have interviewed with that delay for weeks or sometimes months to give you an offer or a rejection. I highly recommend applying to this company!
