J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kamana (Bellingham, WA) en juil. 2022
Entretien
The interview process was totally transparent, well-directed, professional, and punctual. It was one of the best technical interviews I've ever done as many of the questions were focused around controversial ideas or opinions regarding languages, tools, and frameworks.
This kind of interview is quite clever in that they're questions only a qualified candidate will be able to answer with any degree of competency, and thus eliminates the need for a paired programming or take-home programming exercise to gauge qualification.

Do you feel like writing typespecs is a waste of time?
3 part. First with talent acquisition and product. Second with VP of engineering and senior devs. Third with president and VP of engineering. All super casual but informative. Everyone was super nice and awesome.

Very good interview process, conversational, got a chance to meet a lot of the team. Everyone I talked to was extremely professional but also had a very comfortable atmosphere. The stages consisted of hiring manager, talking with product team, and engineering.

Entretien
The interview process was exceptionally refreshing for a senior technical position. There were three rounds total, each round involved an hour long conversation with individuals performing different roles at Kamana. The first was with the talent and product teams. The second was with the engineering team. The third and final round was with leadership (engineering and business).
Overall the process felt very respectful of my time and work history. There were no puzzles, white boarding or other pointless exercises which I really appreciate.
