Initial screening email questionnaire with several specifics for the position, followed this review, had a 30 minute panel interview with various individuals who had pre-selected questions from an internal interview data base list of questions. The panel didn't add to or deviate from the questions which had the interview feel scripted and not as engaging as one would hope for in an interview.
