It's very long and drawn out, you meet with serveral people most of whom will look at you like a burden for having to meet with them for their own interview process. When I had to meet with the DON Cherie I overheard her conversation with Laura the head of HR in which I was described as the fat girl...Way to go guys at least make sure you have your phones off of speaker.

Availability and what were acceptable amounts of time to be absent from work . They also ask alot of questions about other places of employment (what they pay, how much they train..etc) more so if its another nursing home.

Met with HR, then with the CNA Trainer, I had my clinicals at the Kahl home and had a good experience, which was what made me want to apply in the first place
