I was contacted by the HR representative inviting me to the 1st interview where I met 3 team members, including the manager. I didn't get that job, however, I was invited to an interview again several months later when the same position became available. I interviewed with a different manager. Both interviews were very informal with no strict protocol or scripted questions, which made the entire process so much more personal.
