recruiter mining LinkedIn profiles contacted me... Next interview with a resource manager, then a Manager/director level, followed by an executive. Recruiter passed very low salary expectation as the preferred salary by candidate. Resource manager kept insisting that the low salary minimum was what was agreed to with recruiter. This created a lot of tension, as the low salary minimum was never discussed as what the candidate was expecting. Special concern because of comments by candidates on Glassdoor to company resistance to annual salary increases ...

Online test 1
Primarily this includes a test which you can give it anywhere provided you have a camera enabled pc. This test include normal aptitude ,core ,program MCQ also 2 programs that you have to compile.
Online test 2
After this there will be another programming test in which you will be given 2 programms to compile(mostly pattern)

One Technical and one HR
Technical round was not very difficult but was good to assess minimum skills
They asked about all the technical questions based on the resume that was submitted for interview
HR round was good with negotiation on the salary part
