four rounds:
Round 1. online aptitude test: easy one but many candidates got eliminated in this round. questions from quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, reasoning and data sufficiency are asked. Its easy to crack this round, just go through previous year questions available on internet(some questions were repeated).
Round 2. online technical test: questions depend on which stream you are from, I was from EEE so they had microcontroller and c programming only. For CSE and ISE you need to focus on php,c,c++,java.
Round 3. technical interview: I was first in my technical test so I was the first one to for interview and it was an advantage for me. They asked me about myself then they asked about how good i am at c. Asked some questions related to pointers and call by reference in C, asked to write program using call by reference. They asked me about microcontrollers in a little detail(like how data is uploaded on ROM and what are the processes involved between writing code and uploading it on board). also asked about my mini project and what is its scope. Last question was conceptual question from electrical.
Round 4. HR interview: asked about my hometown, if i have problem with bonds and salary and shifts etc, year gap after 12th, my dream company, asked whether i will leave KPIT if get a chance to enter my dream company(don't give direct answer just twist it a little like your first agenda is to learn and other good things so that you don't hurt the ego of that poor fellow who is interviewing you!). Then they asked if I had any questions for them!
