I was interviewed for the role of RPA Tech Leader in KPIT. Interviewer himself has no knowledge about RPA or UiPath as he was having a list of questions to be asked and was going one by one like a robot with no cross questioning. Also asked few questions repeatedly. Such a waste of time as the process took around 2 hours. Questions were very basic if you know the tools well. Still got rejected. Request to the hiring team - Please make sure your technical team has knowledge about the requirement and the capability to communicate and judge someone. Otherwise its just a waste of time for both the parties.
