Very difficult to contact. Missed initial call because it was during work hours, called an hour later that day and left a voicemail and sent an e-mail. Did not hear back for two weeks. Interview was difficult - no smiles or nods of encouragement, and very much like a back and forth Q&A rather than a conversation. Be knowledgable about issues particular to students from DC.
