I applied online and a recruiter reached out to get me connected to the company. The interview process was easy, communications regarding the interview was clear, and they were quick to interview me. Overall, it was about a week from application to interview. During the interview, I met with the hiring manager, the senior engineering staff, plant manager, and ended with meeting an operations lead for a plant tour. Overall interviews took ~ 2-3 hours. Group invited me for dinner afterwards to get to know the team in an informal setting. A variety of STAR/culture fit/technical questions were asked. They were quick with a response back. I was interviewing with other companies at the time, and the team was understanding - I have great respect and admiration with the professionalism and mutual respect I was treated with throughout this process. It was a great experience - I have positive views on this company!
