Cons: The feedback I received seemed to heavily focus on minor technical gaps. In fact, based on the positive feedback, it seems that I did everything correctly :) This seemed somewhat disproportionate, considering the breadth of knowledge and experience I demonstrated throughout the process. Advice to Management: For improvement, consider ensuring that feedback is holistic and reflects the overall performance of a candidate, rather than focusing solely on minor details. Moreover, it's critical to stress the importance of diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
