Well if you call ghosting after the 2nd interview a process then this is what we got. Absolutely terrible. Great communication up until 2nd interview which was probably one of the worst interviews based on set up. 1st Interview was with hiring manager - was a great one. 2nd Interview in 2 parts and god forbid that you have any time to ask the company any questions, because you know, it's only about them interviewing you, however I'm glad this process occurred because it just goes to show how shambolic JET is with their business if they don't see interviews as a 2 way street.
