Contacted by HR for initial prescreening interview. Interview went over industry knowledge along with software knowledge and sample scenarios. HR said that they would reach out to me for next steps. I sent a follow-up email to HR and never heard back.

Had a quick screening call with a recruiter to talk through the basics of the position, hit it off pretty well. I asked at the end of the call for a timeline of the next steps and was told they'd get back to me fairly quickly. Was ghosted, and heard back months later with a canned rejection email.
