Process took over 6 weeks. Interviewed on four separate in-person office occasions with a minimum of 4 persons per day. Interviewed with a total of 16 people. Process was long, stressful and takes up a half day each in-person session. Plan for a minimum of 3-4 hours per in-person sessions
