Entretien
1. Initial phone screening with HR representative
2. Meeting/interview with team members (usually 2 of them)
3. credit test + discussion with team members (different from previous interview)
4. then ghosted.
Very casual and friendly interaction. The interview is were very welcoming and had a lot of good things to say about the company. They ask questions on the current and previous experience and the reason on why you applied.
Very drawn out interview process with tests etc. Only go through with the interview process if you are serious about the role as it takes multiple hours.
Tests are in person with no materials
