Entretien
The interview process consists of about 10 situational questions. The questions consisted of what would you do if… How would you handle this… The questions aren’t too difficult however they are situational so it does require time to think about your answer. I recommend researching and practicing the STAR technique for interviews prior to your interview. It should prepare you a lot.

Tell me about a time where you had a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation?

Entretien
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Entretien
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
