I had an interview with someone from their HR, then I had an interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well everyone was nice, when I went to leave the Manager gave me her card and stated for me to call if I had any questions and I should hear something in about a week. Later that day I sent a follow-up email to HR and the hiring manager. After not hearing from anyone for 3 weeks, I sent another email to HR and the hiring manager. I got an email back from HR stating she was sorry, but they were in the process of hiring another candidate. I understand choosing another candidate, but after three weeks, I had to initiate the response from one of Maryland's largest healthcare facilities is unacceptable.
