Phone interview done with the hiring manager directly. The hiring manager explained the roles and responsibilities of the position I was applying for and made sure I had no further questions or concerns regarding the job. Some clarifying questions were asked to understand my background and my experience to determine my qualification for the position. There is an assessment (exam) that is required and your passing will finalize whether or not you get a chance to have a face-to-face interview.

It was a phone interview, and the person who contacted me was very friendly and personable. We discussed what Epic is and the projects Hopkins is working on at integrating Epic and we discussed bringing me in for an aptitude test to see how I fare working with computers and the soft ware and the verbal communication section of the test.
