Met with nurse recruitment, interviewed with the manager, had share time (changed into scrubs and shadowed a nurse), then met with a recruiter. The process took up a few hours to be prepared to spend some time there! Everyone was friendly and helpful in guiding me through the process.

Easy, simple questions. I am a new grad and they were very welcoming and they have a residency program. Manager contacted me, I had a panel interview with 5 other nurses and then HR took over for the rest of the process

It was a fairly simple and straightforward process. It took 3 months from application to onboarding completion. I heard back in two weeks from my initial application and was offered a position.

I met with the nurse manager before a 4 hour unit share day. I also participated in a “group interview” with 4 other nurses on the unit after my share day. I was able to ask questions in a less formal environment .
