The hiring process was not so bad this time around. I applied for this position in late September. Someone from HR reached out to me in regards to taking the assessment test that is required for this role. I took the tested and passed it and HR was good about letting me know what position were available and she forwarded my app to a Unit that was in dire need. I went on the interview and left by 3 and by pm that night I had gotten a verbal offer and the next day HR contacted with official offer.

The interview took place with a panel of three. The questions were based on personal attributes associated with my resume. How I could be of benefit to the department etc.

Entretien
The Interview process was fairly smooth and efficient. First was a phone interview with two people from the department. Two weeks after the phone interview, I receieved a phone call to come in for an in person interview and a skills test. The interview was held by a panel of 4 women from the department who were all really nice. The next day I was asked to come in and meet with the head of the department. I took that as a good sign, however i was very nervous. Two weeks later, I accepted the offer. Everything went well.
