Too long, HR takes way to long to complete their processes. Once i heard from hiring manager it was fast!! Not much else to say except very frustrated with how long it took to actually get around to hearing from the hiring manager

It was more of real life scenario questions. They want to know how you would handle employees that refuse to follow instructions. Oh, did I mention that you would also be asked how if you're comfortable firing employees? Lol. Yes, they sure do.
