The assessment process includes a take-home coding exercise ( you get a choice of FE or BE), followed by a three-hour interview that consists of situational and technical questions, along with a collaborative pairing exercise to evaluate skills.

Slow process, took over 6months since application, spoke to one recruiter over email to then be ignored, then a month later spoke to another over the phone, I was then auto rejected via workday due to an expired application... Puts me off applying again, shocking process for such a well respected brand
