Initially filled in online application and then online tests before been invited to instore group assessment a few weeks later 30+ people split into groups, had to work in groups to come up with solutions before having a separate interview Very poorly organised and staff members who were assessing tables seemed more interested going on phones Long wait for individual interview

It was a group assessment style interview in which the group of us were given a variety of situations to look at which we had to devise responses to as a team
