Initially you have to do an online questionnaire of multiple choice scenarios. If you pass this process then you are invited to a group assessment, which takes about 2-2 1/2 hours. It was quite nerving as never been to a group interview so wasn’t sure what to expect. You start by getting into groups and then introducing yourself to the rest of the group. Then it’s group task which you the have to produce to the whole group at the end. Afterwards you are asked for one to one interviews.
