After the 3 online applications I got an email the week later asking me to book an interview ASAP.
I arrived to my interview 20 minutes late as I got lost, but they were very understanding and considerate. Everyone was already in groups there was about 9 of us. I quickly joined a group and started interacting.
Talk to the other people but don't be too over powering
