First you have to pass the only screening and SJ test. If you're successful they invite you to anAssessment. This takes up to an hour. Firstly you're in a group of about 4 and you're given a scenario: for example the scenario I dealt with prioritising tasks given by your manager, unsatisfied customers etc. In this task you have to discuss it with your group, and you have to make sure you put your point across as the assessor will be writing down points about each of you. Secondly you are given an individual task, 3 questions (I dont remember them word for word and the last one). After this they get back to you about a week later
