I had two phone interviews, the first was a behavioral interview with HR. This one is pretty standard and has very typical questions. The second was an interview with my manage upon hire.

There was one round of behavioral interviews conducted over digital teleconferencing means, followed by a technical assessment online. The technical assessment was language agnostic and tests problem solving abilities as well as coding competency.

Q: Describe how you helped explain a technical process to a non-technical user in the past.
Hackerrank first (9 questions, 7 multiple choice and 2 coding questions), then had a 45 min behavioral interview with 2 people. Entire process took maybe 2-3 weeks, then another week to hear about my offer.
