The interview process was an online assessment (basic maths and comprehension); a phone interview (which I was skipped); and then in-person assessment day. The assessment day was with around 6 other people where I was interviewed again. I also had to learn a new skill and perform to everyone and then do a group activity. They valued ability to take initiative and good confidence levels for the role.
