Two interview sessions were held but both were more like a casual chat and discussion. In the first interview, they asked about interest and motivation to join them, salary expectations etc. In the second session, a senior member asked about future plans and whether you will stay with them longer, why do you want to change. Both interviews were managed by a Jensen Hughes contracted recruiter. The recruiter tried their best to undermine/ reduce my salary negotiation and their attitude was not very friendly every time I tried to discuss contract clauses.
