I had a group interview with the hiring manager and two would-be colleagues. It was a general conversational format focusing on my past experiences and qualifications and providing general information about a potential fit.

I was asked about a fire that had occurred in another part of North America. This fire was not reported by most mainstream media.
Started with a phone screen, then a video call was scheduled, after the video call I was invited for an in person interview. Entire process took around 2 months but it was in the middle of holiday time

All pretty standard nothing too taxing. Overall a good experience. No better or worse than any other interview process. Everyone at every stage was pleasant and helpful

Easy phone interview with employers being friendly and asking simple questions which are not complex but yet effective to know your behavior plus they tell you a lot about what they do
