There were videotaped 'tests' for the position. One's performance answering the questions ranked you on a list for the position. There was no actual interview with the department with which I am employed. A person from the Personnel Board called and offered a job with a department. I was asked to pick which I wanted to work for and that was it. Very strange process indeed.
