Terribly unprofessional. Then they made me an offer and rescinded it because I asked if I would have the ability to work from home... ASKED. They hit me up with an email full of legal jargon saying they couldn't accommodate my needs trying to cover their behinds clearly. What a blessing in disguise I would have been miserable working with that nutcase of an owner. Note to applicants: don't try to negotiate your terms of employment or they will rescind your offer. Also they should take their '100% inclusive' tagline off of their website because that's 100% untrue.
