I got contacted 3 months after applying and the recruiter just asked me one question which was to introduce myself. After 2 to 3 days, they informed me I was rejected.

HR phone screening going over behavioral questions and then a 30 minute technical interview with a member of HR and a current Project Engineer the next week. Interview was very conversational, highlighting engineering experiences on the resume.
