J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Jane Street en janv. 2024
Entretien
resume passed screening so I got an excel sheet assignment where I had to analyze hypothetical client data from Q1 2022 and fill in the blanks of the excel document. Then I got an email letting me know I passed to a phone interview. Interviewer took a while to get back to me, I kept following up. On the date of my interview I never got called (BRUH) so my interview got pushed back a week. The interview started off with 2 mathy questions and then the rest were simple behavioral/tell me about yourself questions.

Supposed to be a 30-45 min interview but overran to an hour. 3 fairly simple maths questions but I was nervous so faltered a bit. Then a discussion about why Jane Street, why not just investment banking, I asked lots of questions to the interviewer at the end. Have to be on your toes but they are interesting to talk to

Screening call with HR with brain teasers and motivational questions, then behavioral interview with sales trader, then technical interviews, then Assessment center. only got to the second stage. sales trader seemed pretty disinterested, so got rejected
