Submit online application. Phone interview about personal experience and the person you are. After this is approved you are asked to meet with the HR program. The HR asks basic work financial questions and you also have to take a drug test.

Met with branch manager and maintenance crew managers. Good questions asked. Should go into greater detail of expected performance. All in all, good interview. Very professional and to the point.
