They want to know that you can put together a construction set and stand on your own as far as projects. This is not a place for people who expect to work on a team of 5-10 people. You have to be independent enough and know enough to run (conceptualize, draw, and manage) your project.

Entretien
Smooth and politely friendly. The company likes individuals with at least some experience who can run with a project and clients on their own. 2 interviews and a phone call and I was offered a position. Great office to learn and gain experience.
