I was contacted by a recruiter. Had an informational/screening call with the recruiter. Then has a screening call with an HR Director. I was then invited to the Partner interview which was part interview and role play. The HR Director spoke to me before the role play to "set the scene", and to discuss the Trimetrix evaluation I would do online. After the role play, they also allowed me to speak to other office leaders so that I could get a feel for the culture and leadership. They went out of their way to set up any meeting I felt I needed to get comfortable with accepting my offer.

Great experience throughout. There were several rounds. The final interview was in the office with a panel of partners. Make sure to impress the lead partner for the office you are applying to, as he has the final say. I got the offer but was not comfortable with the virtual bench they offered.
