Talent iv then 3 rounds with managers or adjacent teams. Take home exercise which had to be presented in the final round. Lengthy process, feedback not always forthcoming and lack of comms and updates. I was disappointed for a company with such a good name to have such a disappointing process.

I applied via a referral, and it took about 2 weeks to get a response. They asked me about my background and my knowledge of AI and said that they usually don't sponsor visas.

The questions were primarily centered around product management rather than deep technical aspects - areas around - prioritization, roadmap planning. There was also focus on working experience with tools like Jira and other delivery management platforms, particularly in the context of managing backlogs, tracking progress, and driving execution across teams.

It had 4 stages. Hiring Manager call, followed by 3 In person round.
1 was the product case study round, followed by an engineering round (not technical at all) and then final culture fit round

Engineering Questions: Please don't prepare too much of the technical stuff. Make sure you know the system architecture of your projects. Most importantly, know your team structure and how you communicate with the engineering team.
